Our Mission

United Voices of Literacy (UVOL) is a Los Angeles based grass roots nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. We provide enhanced community support to underserved individuals by creatively empowering them with essential skills for personal and professional development through literacy education. Through collaborations, we provide individuals with the tools to lead, starting with their ability to read.

The Vision

UVOL believes that every person deserves to be literate. Our desire in improving literacy is to provide a light on the pathway for those seeking expression of their unique voices. Through the provision of specialized programs, UVOL seeks to develop the character of each and every person that enters the program.
